Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
• $10 Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders
• FREE Shipping on orders of $75 or more
Shipping promotions are calculated before taxes and applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Royal T Boutique ships orders to the exact address provided. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All shipped orders include USPS tracking and insurance.
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to begin the claims process.
Royal T Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged by the shipping carrier.

Since Royal T Boutique does not operate from a traditional storefront, pickup locations may be adjusted to accommodate both the customer and the owner when possible.
Alternative pickup locations may occasionally be arranged when mutually convenient.
Pickup Notifications
Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving at the pickup location.
Expedited Pickup
Need your order sooner or on a day outside of our regular pickup schedule?
Expedited pickup may be available for a $10 rush fee.
Available dates and times will be displayed at checkout.
Sunday pickups are not available.
Local Delivery Policy
Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within Monroe, Louisiana.
Delivery Rates
• FREE Local Delivery on orders of $75 or more
• $5 Local Delivery on orders under $75
Delivery Schedule
Local deliveries are made on Fridays.
Expedited Delivery
Need your order sooner than our regular Friday delivery schedule?
Expedited delivery may be available for a $10 rush fee.
Available dates and times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation
If no one is available to receive your order, your package will be left in a safe location at the delivery address unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
A photo of the delivered order will be taken and sent to the phone number and/or email address provided at checkout.
Once delivery has been completed and confirmation has been provided, Royal T Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
